Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Lucid Leads website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lucid Leads provides lead generation, paid advertising management, funnel building, landing page design, and related digital marketing services for businesses in New Zealand.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to advertising accounts and platforms
• Pay for services as agreed in your service agreement

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all custom creative assets created specifically for their campaigns. Lucid Leads retains ownership of proprietary systems, processes, and templates.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lucid Leads' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment for all services rendered.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
