Jason Poonia studied Computer Science and started his career building software for businesses across New Zealand. In 2018 he founded Lucid Media, a full-service digital agency, and quickly found that the biggest pain point for every client was the same thing: inconsistent, unpredictable leads.
Most businesses had tried an agency before. Most had been burned: activity reports instead of results, contracts with no accountability, leads that turned out to be junk. Jason saw the pattern and decided to build something different.
