Short answer
Step 1: Discovery
Onboarding starts with a discovery session where we map out your offer, your ideal customer, your service area and the numbers that matter, such as what a customer is worth and how many leads you can handle. This is where the strategy is set before anything is built.
The clearer you are on your offer and audience here, the faster everything that follows moves, so this step is worth doing properly.
Step 2: Build
Next we build the system: the landing page or funnel, the ad creative and copy, the tracking, and the 10-minute qualification process that filters enquiries before they reach you. We handle all of the technical work and integrations.
This is the stage where your offer becomes a working machine. Supplying your branding, any photos and prompt sign-off keeps it moving quickly.
Step 3: Launch
Finally we launch your campaigns, push live traffic into the funnel, and start qualifying the leads that come in. From here you begin receiving qualified enquiries, usually with the first arriving within about 7 days of going live.
Launch is not the finish line. From day one we monitor performance and begin optimising, so the system gets sharper as real data comes in.

How long does onboarding take?
Most businesses go from discovery call to live campaigns in about 7 days, provided branding, offer details and sign-off are supplied promptly. The build itself is rarely the bottleneck; waiting on content and approvals is what stretches timelines.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear offer, your branding and any photos, and quick sign-off at each stage. You do not need any technical setup or marketing experience, because we handle the funnel, ads, tracking and qualification for you.
